TipExchange Internet Tip Clubs is the vision of Paul D. Cardin, P.A., a partner with his wife Barbara, in Wheat Communications, LLC, a web services company.

 

Paul practiced public accounting for almost 30 years.  During that time he worked with companies large and small.  And he spent thousands of hours networking. In civic clubs, in professional organizations and in tip clubs. He not only knows how to network, he knows what other businesses need in networking. And now he brings the revolution of social networking to a business networking environment. 

 

Barbara’s background is in writing, communication and education. She received her BS in Education at SUNYAB and her Masters in Arts from OU in ccounseling. Barbara has years of professional experience with many different business environments and professionals.  She, too, has spent her career networking in a wide variety of settings.
